As GÜNER İMALAT TAAH. İNŞ. MALZ. TİC. VE TUR. LTD. ŞTİ. / DATOTEX DATA RECOVERY SERVICES, we may process customers’ identity information, contact information, device information, fault details, service records and data stored on the device in order to provide data recovery services.

• Purpose of Processing: This data is processed for the purposes of identifying device faults, carrying out data recovery operations, communicating with the customer, determining service fees, completing delivery, fulfilling legal obligations and protecting our rights in the event of potential disputes.
• Transfer of Data: Where required for the provision of the service, personal data may be shared on a limited basis with technical service providers, specialists, solution partners, external laboratories, shipping/courier companies, financial advisors, legal advisors, or authorized public institutions and authorities.
• Method of Collection and Legal Basis: Personal data may be collected through physical forms, telephone, WhatsApp, email, the website, shipping and delivery records, device examination records and technical systems. Such data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a service contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right and, where necessary, explicit consent.
• Rights of the Data Subject: Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the customer has the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed, request information regarding such processing, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, and request the correction, deletion or destruction of their personal data.
